Product Name: Malachite Green Rapid Detection Kit
Test Sample: aquatic products
Detection Method: colloidal gold method
Storage Conditions: 2-30 ℃
Specification: 20 pieces/box, 50 pieces/box
Detection Principle: The malachite green rapid detection kit can be used for qualitative detection of tissues, fish, shrimp, and fish pond or tank water
Malachite green residue in the sample. Suitable for on-site monitoring and large-scale sample screening, please note that deionized water cannot be used as a negative control. This detection card uses colloidal gold immunochromatography method to pre coat coupled antigens and sheep anti mouse IgG antibodies on the NC membrane. The residual malachite green drug in the sample competes with the coupled antigens pre coated on the NC membrane for malachite green antibodies, inhibiting the binding of antigens and malachite green antibodies. By observing the detection line and quality control line, it can be determined whether the malachite green drug in the sample exceeds the detection limit.
