Detection Principle: The H5 subtype antibody detection kit for avian influenza is made using the principle of competitive colloidal gold immunochromatography (GICA), and has good sensitivity to H5 subtype avian influenza virus antibodies. After the sample is added to the sample well, it moves along the chromatographic membrane with AIV antigen and colloidal gold markers. If there is AIV-H5 antibody in the sample, it competes with the colloidal gold marker for AIV antigen, causing the detection line to not display purple red. If there is no AIV-H5 antibody in the sample, a color reaction occurs.
