Detection Principle: The bovine and sheep hydatid antibody detection kit is made using the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatography (GICA). If there is hydatid antibody in the sample, it binds to the colloidal gold marker and the antigen on the detection line and displays a purple red color. If there is no hydatid antibody in the sample, there is no color reaction.
