If there is a porcine circovirus antibody present in the sample, the porcine circovirus antigen and gold labeled porcine circovirus antigen encapsulated on the detection line will form a sandwich immune complex with the porcine circovirus antibody in the sample on the detection line, presenting a purple red line, and it is determined to be positive. The higher the antibody titer in the sample, the darker the color line. If there are no antibodies against porcine circovirus in the sample and no color bands appear on the detection line (T), it is determined to be negative.
