Detection Principle: This product uses rapid immune chromatography technology to preliminarily determine whether there is canine parvovirus antigen in the body of the dog. After adding the diluted sample to the sample well of the test strip card, if there is CDV antigen in the sample, it will specifically bind with the colloidal gold labeled anti CDV monoclonal antibody, forming a complex that moves along the chromatography membrane and is captured by the pre coated CDV monoclonal antibody on the chromatography membrane, forming a wine red line at the T position of the card shell. If there is no CDV antigen in the sample, no visible lines will be formed at the T position. In addition, a C-line is also designed in the system to verify the effectiveness of the experiment.
